Abortion is NOT priority for Gen Z

Seventy-three percent of Gen Z supports abortion, more than Millennials, Gen X, or Baby Boomers.

But according to a recent poll about voter concerns, housing, not abortion, is Gen Z’s top priority by a whopping 91%.

For a generation whose characteristics include the earliest to start long-term savings, (at average age 19!), they are met with sky-rocketing inflation and competing with veterans, homeless, and millions of migrants for a place to call home.

They are the first generation who believes they may not do better than their parents. That includes never owning a home.

As a Board member said when reflecting on her unplanned pregnancy during college, Without housing, childcare, and maternity coverage, it didn’t feel like much of a free choice.”

Gen Z represents the target market for abortion businesses, and the impact of inflation is likely a factor in the increase of early chemical abortions.

While there are efforts to reverse the impact of inflation, Feminists for Life knows new grads and young workers need help nowespecially those facing an unplanned pregnancy, a crisis from abuse, or those wanting to start a family.

As Feminists for Life, we are dedicated to systematically eliminating the reasons that women are driven to abortions.
