Celebrate Safely! (We’re pro your life, too!)
The same women who fought for slaves to be free and women to vote also fought for our right to life.
As we celebrate Juneteenth today and the Celebrate Life Rally on Saturday in advance of the Dobbs anniversary on Monday, extreme heat covers the country. While many will be outside rallying this holiday or walking in the footsteps of the first feminists and celebrating our right to life, we want you to stay safe and cool!
But for many pregnant and parenting women, especially low-income and underserved minorities, the affordability of basic needs, including cooling costs and food, is heavy on their minds.
Abortion advocates may rally for abortion even more during tough times but we know women deserve better. They deserve practical solutions.
