Over the past 32 years, FFL President Serrin Foster has led with vision, courage, and deep compassion for women, children, and families. Her leadership shaped a national movement rooted in the belief that women deserve better. This led her to coin the now-iconic phrase “Women Deserve Better®” that continues to inspire advocates across the country.

To honor her extraordinary legacy and ensure that the work she began continues to grow, we are proud to launch the Serrin Marie Foster Leadership Legacy Fund.

This fund will support:

Leadership transition and onboarding
Programs that provide practical, women-centered solutions
Ongoing initiatives that empower women and strengthen families
