FFL has flexible, fascinating summer internships!

Former intern Clare noted this about her internship with FFL:

“Being an FFL intern has been immensely rewarding! I have gained invaluable experience in writing, editing, and learning more about the pro-life movement. More importantly, I’m so grateful to have contributed to FFL’s amazing mission. I wanted a chance to use my writing and editing talents to serve, and I got that chance and more… I’ve really appreciated the flexible work hours and telecommuting, which have made it possible for me to have this internship.”

Former intern and Fellowship recipient and now year-round staff member Bella Fechter commented:

“My internship experience at FFL was wonderful! I most enjoyed helping to develop the Girls Deserve Better program and representing FFL at national conferences. Additionally, I learned so much from working directly with FFL President Serrin Foster. All of the experiences I had as an intern—including writing for our helpsite and magazine—helped me to grow into an effective advocate for women and children. I highly encourage any hardworking, pro-life people to apply for this opportunity!”

If you or someone you know is in high-school or college and looking for a rewarding experience, we encourage you to read on or forward this message!

We are now accepting applications for high-school and college students interested in our telecommuting, volunteer summer internships! Our interns:

  • research, write, and edit for projects such as our WomenDeserveBetter.com helpsite; our Girls Deserve Better® campaign; and our biannual magazine, The American Feminist®;
  • assist us in our advocacy efforts;
  • and plan events on their campuses when they return to school.

Serious applicants should send:

  • a cover letter explaining why you are pro-woman and pro-life — include any work in the movement and tell us about your skills,
  • what opportunity you are applying for,
  • your résumé;
  • Internship applicants please include a writing sample to info@feministsforlife.org.

Following these directions is your first test! Also, let us know if you are going to do this for school credit.

Our interns have gone on to become professional writers and editors. One co-wrote an amicus brief for SCOTUS on Dobbs. Others have become staff and Board members. We can’t wait to see how the class of 2025 will contribute to the lives of women and children!
