Imagine this…

Imagine a teen or young woman who sees this enormous billboard as she exits the highway to Planned Parenthood.

She has a knot in her stomach. The guy she loves didn’t turn out to be the man she thought he was. She’s pregnant and is thinking she doesn’t have much of a choice.

Remembering the message on the billboard declaring that “Women Deserve Better than Abortion,” she agrees. She starts to “question abortionTM” and asks herself, “Don’t I deserve better?”

And in this dingy area over a vacant building she sees another sign. This one declares Planned Parenthood’s pride in providing “abortion care.” But somehow it doesn’t feel like a spa day. It feels like she’s walking to her own death.

Pink and baby blue Planned Parenthood billboard reads: “We’re proud to offer abortion care in MN.”

She faces the doors to a well-funded building. It’s Planned Parenthood. Yes, the same one that the Vice President toured during the recent Presidential campaign. But it doesn’t feel like joy. In fact, that’s the last thing on her mind.

She turns around, wondering if she really has to go through with this. And there is a message for her.

Billboard reads: “Women Deserve Better than Abortion. Babies Deserve Life and Love. Find help for both of you at WomenDeserveBetter.com.”

She sees our billboard. Yes, she does deserve better. And yes, her baby WILL get the life and love that her infant deserves.

Walking away, she snaps a photo of our billboard and starts checking out our WomenDeserveBetter.com helpsite. She’s excited.

There is hope. She’s not alone. She CAN do this! She starts scrolling. She thinks to herself: I can telecommute to school. I can apply for help. I can connect to local resources and people who can help me figure it out! I can get that degree. And look at all these practical tips for parenting. All things are possible. I can do this. I can figure this out. Not only I can, I will! I am strong enough after all. And I will protect my child. After all, I am her mother.

Our thanks to the donors who have sponsored our billboards leading to the Planned Parenthood in St. Paul. Now imagine this happening in more cities across the country.

VP Harris’ visit there was called “historic.” Yes. Historic doesn’t mean it’s a good thing. Lots of history is a tragedy.

All women deserve better than abortion. Every baby deserves life and love. Thank you for supporting efforts like this.

Because women deserve better,
