Vote and March — LIFE depends on it!

Does Gov. Spanberger, the first woman to lead Virginia, believe the suffragists were arrested, stripped in front of jeering men, fed wormy, moldy food, starved or force fed, hung by their hands overnight and thrown into their cell against a stone wall and rendered unconcious at Virginia’s Occoquan Prison to give up our vote and representation for abortion advocates who do not protect women and our children?
Tomorrow, Virginia will decide if as many as four more representatives in Congress will “temporarily” become votes for abortion by gerrymandering Fairfax County into rural areas—and also historically minority communities. That would almost certainly leave one vote for life and ten for abortion in the US House of Representatives instead of five to six.
Our feminist foremothers fought for slaves to be free, women to vote, and the right to life. Suffrage leader Alice Paul said, “Abortion is the ultimate in the exploitation of women.”

Virginia voters will also decide this fall if abortion through all nine months will become legal. After you vote tomorrow, we will walk in the shoes of our feminist foremothers this Wednesday, April 22, in Richmond to demonstrate our support for the most vulnerable.
Vote and march like life depends on it, because it does!
Because women deserve better,
Serrin M. Foster
President
